Sorts a flat pile of screenshots into folders derived from their actual content — without a single network call. Apple's Vision framework reads each image, the on-device FoundationModels drafts a taxonomy, and you edit it by hand. The privacy guarantee is structural rather than a setting: there is no networking code in the project, no API keys, no cloud model to opt out of — because a screenshot archive is one of the most revealing things on a personal machine.

Android file transfer for macOS. My fork adds resumable transfers — merge/skip memories for existing files and folders, so an interrupted large copy resumes instead of restarting.
BrollyZapper
A lightweight Umbrel app that adds Nostr zap receiving (NIP-57) and Nostr Wallet Connect (NIP-47) to an existing LND node. Receiving zaps on your own node normally means letting an internet-facing service hold the node's admin credentials, so this is built security-first around a guard/server container split: the untrusted web surface never holds the admin macaroon, and a compromised server still can't spend past a hard cap LND itself enforces.

Choosing the right spectacle lenses is an expert judgement that depends on a tangle of interacting factors: prescription, working distances, daily activities, eye-health conditions. That expertise sits unevenly in individual practitioners' heads, so the same patient can get very different answers in different shops.
We deliver that expertise as a subscription service: a guided, plain-language consultation that ends in one recommended specification, with all the rules held as data the domain expert maintains rather than as code.

Short-term-rental operators coordinate their teams through group chat, where a stale calendar or a buried message means a housekeeper arrives late or a guest arrives to an unprepared property.
We're replacing that with a cross-platform mobile app backed by a service that polls each property's booking calendars, derives the turnover work and its deadlines automatically, and gives every role a scoped, fully localised view of what needs doing next.
